Jason and his wife, Melissa, were born and raised in southern Ontario. In 2011, they were married in Banff, Alberta, where they met. Since then, God has blessed them with the gifts of two daughters, Hannah and Keziah. Jason holds a B.A. (Hons) from Redeemer University and a M.A. from Trinity Western University (TWU). While studying at TWU, he served as a pastoral intern at Cloverdale Baptist Church in Surrey, BC. Jason and Melissa began to serve God as members of Hague Gospel Church in January 2015. Jason is especially passionate about expository preaching, Reformed theology, baking cookies, and learning to raise his girls in the ways of the Lord.
Alison has been working as our Admin Assistant for about three years, but has been attending Hague Gospel Church for more than 20 years. She has one son, who is 10 years old, with whom she lives a quiet life in Hague. Alison helps out with the local GEMS club and is on a couple committees. She is also involved with the sound team. She considers Hague Gospel Church her home and family and loves to see how God is working in their lives.
Karen was raised in Hague, where she graduated grade 12 from Hague High School. She started attending Hague Gospel Church in 1972. She was actively involved in the church’s many programs, including youth group, AWANA, VBS and teaching Sunday school. She was baptized and became a member of HGC in 1982. After living in Saskatoon for a number of years, she moved back to Hague to raise her children. She is mom to three teenage boys. Although challenging at times, she is passionate about raising her boys to live lives pleasing to the Lord.
Kristi was born and raised in Hague and has been attending Hague Gospel Church for over thirty years. In 2004, she married Johanan while living in Regina and attending university there. They moved back to Hague in 2006 and have been raising their four children. Kristi holds a Diploma of Business Administration from University of Regina.
